folld is run by Limehawk. This page covers what the site check on folld.ai collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

• - The domain you check, and the results of the check (its score and findings).
• - Your email address, only if you enter it to download the report, and whether you ticked the box to hear from us.
• - Your IP address, used only to limit how many checks one visitor can run. We do not store it.

What we do with it

• - We keep the domain and its results in our customer records, and may contact the business that owns the domain about improving its site.
• - If you give your email, we use it to send you this report and may follow up once about it. We email you about anything else only if you leave the box checked, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
• - If the site you check gives its address in a city that has a page on folld (folld near you), its score and fixes count toward that page's totals. The page shows totals only, never a business, a domain or a score.
• - We do not sell your information or share it for others' marketing.

Who handles it

Cloudflare runs the site and the check, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. Our customer records are kept in a system we host ourselves.

How long we keep it

As long as it is useful for following up, and never past a request to delete it.

Your choices

Email admin@limehawk.io to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We act on it within 10 business days.
